Canada

The Manitoulin Treatment Center

Center located on Manitoulin Island, a freshwater island that straddles Lake Huron and Georgian Bay in the Province of Ontario, Canada. A 1-hour flight north of Toronto, the Center is a four bedroom, two story farmhouse on a hill overlooking 200 acres of farmland and forests, with lakes on both sides. Manitoulin Island is accessible year round.

Trained ibogaine providers are available for 24 hour care plus qualified medical personnel are on call to ensure a safe, comfortable treatment.

For prolonged stays (more than 4-5 days) there are long walking trails to the lakeshore and alternative healing modalities available on call (including reike, therapeutic touch, et al). Manitoulin Treatment Center is ideal for both psycho-spiritual journeys with ibogaine or addiction interruption treatments.

The Center is a working farm, with dozens of farm animals in the barn next to the farmhouse including goats, sheep, pigs, cows and horses. Meals are vegetarian or natural meat (grown locally, killed humanely) and mostly organic. Wild food available upon request, when seasonally available.

IbogaLife

At IbogaLife we have vast experience administering iboga and ibogaine, the providers having served over 400 clients altogether. We realize the challenges you face throughout your detox process because we have been there. Our ibogaine treatments are based on a peer to peer modality, and we strongly adhere to harm reduction philosophies.

Consistent with harm reduction, we are unwilling to provide ibogaine detox treatments to any person who has not made the personal and individual decision for themselves that they need to take this step, for themselves and no one else, and as a contrast to using their drug of choice because it is a safer alternative. We also advocate using ibogaine therapy to reduce high levels of substance use to a more manageable level. Abstinence is not for everyone.

Having said that, at IbogaLife we provide excellent tools for long-lasting desirable behavior changes, if the client chooses to use them.
